How to install and connect OnAnthem in Shopify

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.
2. Click Customize your store to open the Shopify App Store.
3. In the App Store, search for OnAnthem.
4. Click the OnAnthem — Sales Channel listing.
5. Click Add sales channel (or Install app) to start the standard Shopify sales channel installation flow.
6. Review the permissions OnAnthem requests so it can read products, write orders, and stay in sync with your store.
7. Click Install app to approve the connection and return to your Shopify admin with OnAnthem installed as a sales channel.
8. From the OnAnthem embedded app inside Shopify, click Create account.
9. Choose whether to create a new OnAnthem merchant account or connect an existing one associated with your business.
10. Select your merchant type, for example, Artist, so OnAnthem can configure your account for live events and merch.
11. Choose to manage your products by connecting via Shopify, which lets OnAnthem use your existing Shopify catalog as the source of truth.
12. Complete the short onboarding flow in the embedded app and proceed to your OnAnthem dashboard, where you can connect to partners and manage shared products.

App removal and data handling

• If you remove the OnAnthem sales channel from your Shopify admin, Shopify sends an app/uninstalled webhook to OnAnthem.
• OnAnthem uses this webhook to immediately invalidate your Shopify session and disconnect your store from further OnAnthem activity.
