Overview
This Purchase Policy applies to all purchases made through the OnAnthem marketplace, regardless of which seller's products you purchase. OnAnthem operates the marketplace; sellers list their products and fulfill orders. All sellers on the OnAnthem platform are required to honor this policy as a condition of selling on OnAnthem.

Returns
Most items purchased through OnAnthem may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- •Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- •Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- •Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible
- •Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or confirmation email
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Because each seller ships from their own location, the seller provides the return address and return instructions and, once the returned item is received, the seller initiates a refund to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- • Digital products and downloadable content
- • Gift cards and store credit
- • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- • Intimate or sanitary goods
- • Hazardous materials
- • Items explicitly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
Sellers must clearly disclose non-returnable status on the product listing before purchase. If an item was not marked as non-returnable at the time of sale, the standard 30-day return window applies.
Refunds
Processing Timeline
Once a return is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item.
Refund Amount
Approved returns receive a full refund of the item purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong item shipped, item not as described, or item arrived damaged/defective). Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility except in cases of seller error.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use, is missing original packaging or tags, or is not in its original condition. If a partial refund is issued, the seller will provide the reason.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
- •Before shipment: Contact the seller to request cancellation. If the item has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund including any shipping charges.
- •After shipment: Cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the item arrives.
Shipping
Shipping policies include:
- •Processing time: Sellers are responsible for shipping items in a timely manner after an order is placed
- •Delivery estimates: Any estimated delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees
- •Taxes: As the marketplace facilitator, OnAnthem calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax. Tax is based on the delivery address and shown during checkout before you complete your purchase
- •Shipping costs: Shipping rates are set by each seller and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase
- •Tracking: Sellers should provide tracking information once an order has shipped
- •Non-delivery: If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, you may contact the seller for a resolution or file a dispute with OnAnthem
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing description, you are entitled to a full refund including original shipping charges. The seller is also responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
- •Report promptly: Contact the seller within 7 days of delivery to report damaged or defective items
- •Documentation: Include photos of the damage or defect when contacting the seller
Merchant Obligations
All sellers on the OnAnthem platform agree to the following as a condition of selling on the OnAnthem marketplace:

Accurate Listings
Clearly describe products, provide accurate pricing and tax details, and disclose any non-returnable status before purchase
No Unreasonable Restrictions
Sellers may not impose return conditions more restrictive than this policy
Disputes
Returns and refunds are resolved directly between you and the seller. If you are unable to reach a resolution with the seller, you may contact OnAnthem for assistance, and we will work with both parties toward a fair outcome. Please have your order number and any relevant communication with the seller available when contacting us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Purchase Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
