If you are a Merchant using the Service, you agree to:

• • Fulfill orders placed through partner channels in a timely manner
• • Comply with all applicable laws regarding product sales, consumer protection, and data privacy
• • Maintain valid authorization for any third-party platform integrations (e.g., Shopify)
• • Honor the commission rates and terms agreed upon with partners

If you are a Partner using the Service, you agree to:

• • Accurately represent merchant products on your storefronts
• • Not modify product information in misleading ways
• • Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
• • Protect customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

When integrating with third-party platforms (such as Shopify), you authorize us to access and process data from those platforms as necessary to provide the Service, including:

• • Customer information necessary for order processing

As a user of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anthem and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Commission payments are processed according to the schedules and terms established in your merchant-partner agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthem and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
