Learn how merchants review, accept, or decline connection requests on OnAnthem.


Connection Requests

Merchants can manage connection requests directly in their OnAnthem dashboard, giving them full control over which partners they connect with and which products are shared.

1. A partner sends a connection request.

  • You’ll receive an email notification.
  • The request will also appear in your OnAnthem dashboard under Connections.

2. Go to your OnAnthem dashboard.

  • Navigate to Connections to view pending requests.

3. Click the request to review details.

  • View the partner’s information before making a decision.

4. Click Approve or Decline.

What happens next

  • If approved:
    • The connection becomes active immediately.
    • You can choose which products to make available to that partner.
    • The partner can begin selecting and featuring your products.
  • If declined:
    • No connection is created.
    • The partner cannot access your products.

What to expect

  • While a request is pending, the partner has no access to your products.
  • After approval, product sharing is fully controlled by the merchant.
  • All connections are managed and updated in real time within the dashboard.

Important notes

  • You can manage or remove connections at any time.
  • Approving a connection does not automatically share all products — you choose what to make available.
  • Only approved partners can view and sell your products.
