Connection Requests

Merchants can manage connection requests directly in their OnAnthem dashboard, giving them control over which partners they connect with.

How requests are received
When a partner sends a connection request, you will receive an email notification and the request will also appear in your OnAnthem dashboard.

Reviewing a request
Open the request to view the partner details and decide whether to accept or decline it. While the request is pending, no products will be available to that partner.

After you accept
Once accepted, the connection becomes active and you can choose which products to make available through that partner relationship. If you decline the request, no connection is created.
