How OnAnthem orders work in Shopify

1. A fan places an order through an OnAnthem experience on a partner site.
2. OnAnthem creates a draft order in your Shopify store that matches the fan’s purchase.
3. OnAnthem then completes that draft into a standard Shopify order.
4. The order appears in your Shopify admin > Orders, just like any other online order.
5. The order is tagged with the OnAnthem sales channel, so you can easily identify and filter these orders.

Viewing orders

• All OnAnthem orders appear in your OnAnthem dashboard and in Shopify > Orders.
• In Shopify, you can filter by sales channel to see only orders that originated from OnAnthem.
• OnAnthem also records which partner surface generated the order, so you can track performance across different partners.

Fulfilling orders

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
2. Click the order you want to fulfill.
3. Prepare and ship the items using your normal fulfillment process.
4. Add tracking information if available.
5. Click Mark as fulfilled in Shopify.
6. Once the order is marked fulfilled, the updated status syncs back to OnAnthem automatically.

Good to know

• You do not need a separate workflow for OnAnthem—everything runs through your existing Shopify orders and fulfillment tools.
• When orders are fulfilled, that fulfillment status is what OnAnthem uses as the signal to drive payouts and revenue splits tied to those orders.
