Requesting Pricing Changes

Commission changes for an active connection must be submitted as a request for merchant approval.

Submitting a request
If you want to update the commission terms for an existing connection, submit a commission request through OnAnthem.

What happens next
The merchant will be notified and can review the current and proposed terms before deciding whether to approve or decline the request.

When changes apply
If the request is approved, the new terms apply only to future sales.
